How can I book a private transfer with Elite Transfer?

You can book directly through our website by selecting your route, vehicle and payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email instantly. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or email for personalised assistance.

2. What’s the difference between flat rate and distance rate?

Flat Rate applies to our most popular routes (e.g., Málaga Airport → Marbella) with a fixed price.
Distance Rate calculates the cost dynamically based on the exact distance and duration of your custom route.

3. Are the prices on the website final? Are there any hidden fees?

Yes, all prices are final and include VAT. There are no hidden fees. Additional charges will only apply if you select optional extras such as baby seats, VIP services, or traveling with pets.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and you can also choose to pay in cash or by card directly to the driver using a mobile POS terminal. All payment gateways are secure and verified.

5. Is it possible to cancel or modify a reservation?

Yes, you can cancel or change your booking in advance. Check our cancellation policy for specific conditions depending on the notice period.
